At the last forum, April 2017,  the Headingley Neighbourhood Plan forum voted overwhelmingly to recommend a minor change to our boundary.  Our proposed new boundary slightly reduces our area so we no longer include any of Woodhouse Moor.  No housing or other properties are included in the area of change. This means that Hyde Park Neighbourhood Plan can include the whole of Woodhouse Moor.  The council is overseeing a consultation process on this .
